SERVICE PROVIDER USAGE FEES

Techtrak by Ecotrak connects service providers with Ecotrak's 10,000+ business customers, helping you find commercial jobs and grow your business. Your Techtrak account includes best-in-class training, customer support, access to commercial customers on Ecotrak Facility Management Software, the Techtrak mobile application, a listing on our Service Provider Directory and much more.

To provide you with the best service, Ecotrak will begin charging service providers $1 per invoice starting on February 1, 2023. Service providers will be billed monthly and will receive their first invoice based on the number of approved invoices from the previous month on March 1, 2023. This includes all approved invoices where the work order was complete in Ecotrak, even for those not yet paid by your customers.

WHAT IS THE SOFTWARE USAGE FEE?

There is a charge to service providers of $1 per invoice. This fee is based on the previous month's invoice quantity on all approved invoices where the work order was complete in Ecotrak. This includes all approved invoices, even those not yet paid by your customers.

WHY DOES ECOTRAK CHARGE SERVICE PROVIDERS A USAGE FEE?

Ecotrak invests in technology and customer support to help service providers grow their business through the Ecotrak platform. This includes:

• An easy-to-use desktop and mobile application to drive productivity, streamline your workflow, increase customer communications and get paid faster.

• A Service Provider Directory to connect you with new business opportunities.

•  A dedicated support team with phone, email and live chat support to troubleshoot your questions and issues along with a Support website to find answers to your top questions.

•  Live service provider training and on-demand training videos through Ecotrak University to set you and your team up for success.

IS THIS FEE CHARGED ON WORK ORDERS?

No. The software usage fee is charged only on the number of approved monthly invoices, not work orders.

IS THIS FEE CHARGED ON ALL INVOICES?

The software usage fee is charged on all approved invoices from the previous month. We use UTC time (Coordinated Universal Time). Rejected or disputed invoices are not charged. Invoices closed as "No Invoice Required" will not be counted as they carry a $0 balance. For Preventative Maintenance Invoices, see below.

WHAT ABOUT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) INVOICES?

For any PM (Preventative Maintenance) program generated work orders and their subsequent invoices, there will be a cap of $50 invoiced by Ecotrak for usage fees. The cap excludes any Repair invoices in the total.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST INVOICE?

We bill monthly. You will receive your first invoice during the first week of March 2023. It will be based on February's previous approved invoice quantity.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED

Ecotrak's will send your invoice including a link allowing you to pay by credit or debit card. Ecotrak accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as Apple Pay mobile wallet.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES?

There is a small fee of 2.9% associated with debit and credit card payments.

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO PAY MONTHLY?

Ecotrak will include a link to process your first invoice. Upon clicking the link, you are able to add your profile information including the payment method you would like to use for future payments.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY CHECK?

We do accept checks sent by mail, made payable to "Ecotrak Facility Management Software" provided there is an invoice number and customer name on the check. All checks must be postmarked and sent to:

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY THE ECOTRAK USAGE FEE?

Accounts with an unpaid software usage fee after 30 days will be placed in a "restricted status" and will not be able to use the software.

WHEN WILL THIS FEE GO INTO EFFECT?

The current fee will take effect in February 2023 and be billed in March 2023.
